Yup yup yup, kalau dah tengah rajin tu hari-hari nak update blog. Time tang malas bebeno tu, nak tekan keyboard pun malas. Bila mood blogging dah start, huh jangan tunggu lama-lama nanti idea terbang melayang. As usual, I will snap few photos of dinner for tonite - Beef Fajitas....
I'm using a low fat minced beef meat about 500gm. Sauteed with black pepper coarse, paprika, dried rosemary.
Then, I put in diced onion (bawang banggala yg besar2x tu). Yum yum.....it will make the beef tastier.
I also put in 2 diced tomato to taste macam "masam-masam manis" and this also will make the mixed colourful dahhh.
Sauteed in 15 minutes then let it cool......jangan plak pie tiup mixed nie, kang air liur tersembur kat dalam....hehehe
Hah, then you a little bit of low fat mayo, little of chilli sauce, some romaine lettuce, the mixed and lastly grated mozarella cheese.....uuhhh how I love cheese.....sebab tu lah badan aku nie pun bercheese.
Folded into half, then grilled the fajitas for 2 minutes.....until rangup kulitnyer......
This is homemade beef fajitas ala-ala Salina style. Hehehe! Anak aku dok makan sampai 2 keping besar. Adehhhh! Mana tak badan dia gebu. Aku baru sebat sebelah jer. Nie nak tunggu suamiku balik, aku buat panas2x lagi ler boleh sebat 2-3 keping. Habis lah diet aku nie.
