EXERCISE....

My weight now is at 85kg....really..really malu la. I used to weight 55kg - 60kg, that was the time I'm still single. After married, give brith...fuh yooo lagi teruk. There's one time, when I've worked in KL, I lose my weight to 68kg....memang kurus but after I came back to Melaka. Doommm, it went back to 80kg and now at 85kg. I'm cutting down my food intake...most of the day I only choose healthy food. If I take heavy breakfast in the morning, in the afternoon I only eat bread or fruits. Nite time...no eating at all. I snacked & drink water or Japanese tea....Started early October 08, now only reduced 0.5 kg only. Takpe, kena sabar & berusaha.
I normally swim....I believe swimming is the best way to lose weight and it helps to tone up our flabby muscle...Kalau asyik diet je..tak exercise...tak jalan jugak.
Have to do it la..My hubby already making noises...

go go go......alah dah kawin dah beranak standard la berat naik mendadak..ekekek abih blog kawan2 haku ko link kan ek.... semangat tul nak diet...

Tq..Tq..memang kena diet la babe. Aku nie baru anak sorang, badan dah gedabak. Kalau anak 2-3 org, lagi gedebuk kot badan aku. Lagi pun, hubby aku nie keje fitness, aku lagi ler kena jaga. Anyway, it's good for your health. Aku akan cuba....haiyaaaaaa
